Are the cheeses pasteurized?
Yes, all the cheeses we use are pasteurized.
Do you offer vegan cheese?
Not at this time. We are still on the hunt for the perfect vegan cheese that is Cheese Me approved. Please don't hesitate to share your favorite vegan cheese for us to try.
Do you need to refrigerate the boxes?
It's best to eat cheese at room temperature for optimal flavor. However, the boxes must be stored in the fridge overnight.
How do you store the leftovers?
Pack the cheeses separately from each other to extend the shelf life. You can freeze the hard and semi-hard cheeses. (aged cheddar and manchego)
Do I keep the wooden boards?
No, someone from our team will be back the day after your event to pick up the platter.
How do I clean the wooden boards?
Please use a damp towel to wipe off the boards.
Are the wooden boards for sale?
Nope.
Where do you buy the boards from?
That's a million-dollar question.
How do you deliver the cheese cones?
We will deliver everything including the cheese cone stand and will pick up the cone stand the following day.
